About Us

TEK Localizations formed in 1999 with the aim of localizing engineering software products into Hungarian language. Software localization experience of our team dates back to 1996, when founders of our company started first software and documentation localization projects.

Since the beginning, primary activity of TEK Localizations is software localization, while we systematically expanded our scope of activity towards operations related to localization tasks and beyond. In year 2001, our portfolio was complemented by web maintenance, translation of brochures and other marketing tools, and in year 2003, we started localization of industrial equipment.

Using technologies implemented for software and documentation localization projects, “simple” translation tasks are delivered fast, cost-effective and in high quality for any kind of translation job like websites, printed documentation, marketing tools, press releases or complicated online help systems.

Based on several year's experience, our permanent employees and contractors use advanced methods for handling different jobs, ranging from one-page translations to complex documentation.

Our Quality Policy

TEK Localizations' main scope of activity is to provide translation and software localization services for local and foreign companies. Our primary aim is to deliver a service that is of high quality in every aspect and meets our customers' requirements and expectations.

To achieve this aim:

• We maintain ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, regarding it as a tool to improve our customers’ satisfaction.
• We aim to be supremely acquainted with any pronounced or unpronounced demands and to keep deadlines.
• We continuously develop our services and tools to meet our customers' requirement at the highest possible level.
• We assess the weaknesses of our processes to continually improve our Quality Management System.
• When selecting our suppliers, we evaluate the circumstances that may affect the quality of our activities carried out with their contribution, and we expect them to identify with our quality objectives.
• We continuously evaluate and qualify our suppliers’ and employees’ work to ensure that the final product delivered to the customer always meets the requirements.
• We accentuate that our colleagues have deep and up-to-date knowledge; therefore we continuously train them and support their self-study initiatives.
• We make sure that our colleagues and suppliers are acquainted with and understand our quality policy, and adopt it in their work.
• We continually evaluate and develop our software and hardware used for our work.
